Ingredients:
Some fruit or grains

250 ml room temperature water or fruit juice
250 ml soy milk
1 scoop SuperGreen

1️⃣ Mix 1 spoon of SuperGreen & SuperHot powder with 250 ml juice or water⁠ ⁠

2️⃣ In two separate glasses, soak chia seeds in SuperGreen juice and in soy milk (ratio about 3 Tbsp : 250ml liquid). Add Dr. Rare Sugar to the soy milk to add sweetness to your pudding.⁠ ⁠

Strawberry Chocolate Frozen Yogurt



Ingredients:
3 large strawberries
1 cup cheese
1 teaspoon Dr. Rare Sugar
2 tsp cocoa powder
1 teaspoon chocolate chips

1️⃣ Line an 8 x 8-inch freeze-proof tray or plate with baking paper. Add cream cheese, cocoa powder, and Dr. Rare Sugar to mixing bowl and beat until smooth. Add the chocolate chips and toss to combine.

2️⃣ Scoop the mixture evenly into a tray lined with baking paper to level it. Cut each strawberry into three slices and arrange them equidistant on top of the cheese.

3️⃣ Transfer to the freezer to freeze for 2-3 hours, then cut the chocolate block into 9 squares with a warm knife.

 

Keto Baked Avocado Boats Recipe



Ingredients:
Bacon 1 oz
Avocado 10 oz
4 eggs
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon chives

1️⃣ Preheat an oven to 200 C. Pan fry the bacon until crispy. ⁠ ⁠

2️⃣ Slice the avocados in half and remove the pits, remove the green flesh from the centre of the avocado halves.⁠ ⁠

3️⃣ Arrange the avocado halves in a baking dish. Then, crack an egg into each half. Distribute the salt and pepper over the tops of the eggs.⁠ ⁠

4️⃣ Cover the dish and bake the eggs for 30 minutes. Chop the chives and distribute the garnish over each egg and the bacon.⁠
