½ Cup Dried Coconut, unsweetened, shredded
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
⅓ Cup Superfood Lab Cacao Powder
¾ Cup Flax seeds
3 Tbsp Cacao Butter
1 Tbsp Agave Syrup
2 Cup Oats
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a large bowl, combine oats, coconut, and flaxseeds.
- In a separate bowl, mix melted Superfood Lab cacao butter (or coconut oil), agave nectar, molasses, vanilla extract, and Superfood Lab Pink Himalayan sea salt. Add in Superfood Lab cacao powder and stir until a smooth chocolate sauce has formed.
- Pour chocolate sauce into dry oats mixture and stir until oats are coated. Spread contents onto a large baking pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes, taking care not to overcook. Allow to cool entirely before serving.
- If desired, toss in a handful of Superfood Lab goji berries, or Superfood Lab Almonds!
