熟悉我的朋友都知道我好養生, 唔食垃圾食物???? , 自己都有食基本保健品的習慣:)
睇了SuperRED Antiox的成份表, 知道加入了多種如紅菜頭, 紅石榴, 玫瑰果等紅色食物, 同有機巴西莓✨
呢類超級食物大多都帶有抗氧化抗衰老功效, 血液循環好咗, 皮膚好咗面色都會紅潤啲❤️
本身唔鍾意食太甜嘅食物, 但鍾意佢甜度好天然 , 唔係死甜嘅感覺?
另外好surprise佢唔止可以混合水, 牛奶?或果汁?飲, 加落去Yoghurt到嚟食,效果出奇地好食又唔會好甜
可以同時滿足我為食同要健康的願望✨

不過自己太心急拎咗去沙灘試飲,大家唔好學我?
