- The eligible participants for this event are customers who make a purchase on the SuperFoodLab official website and complete the payment between September 20, 2023, and October 3, 2023. The top 10 customers with the highest accumulated spending during the event period will be winning a gift from Superfood Lab.
- Gifts and giveaways are limited to the Hong Kong region only, while online discounts and promotions are not restricted to any specific region.
- The event is only valid for purchases made on the Superfood Lab official website. Purchases made through other websites or physical retail channels will not be counted.
- The winners can only accumulate order amounts using the same account. Orders made using different accounts cannot be combined for calculation purposes.
- In case there are customers who have spent an equal amount, their ranking will be determined based on the order completion time. The customer who completes the highest spending accumulation first will be ranked higher.
- The winners will be announced on the Superfood Lab's official website on October 9, 2023, and will be notified via email regarding the prize collection details.
- If the winner does not respond to the email within three working days, the prize will be postponed and passed on to the next eligible winner.
- The winners must come to the office to collect the prizes personally. During the prize collection, they need to present the winning notification email and a valid Hong Kong identification card for verification. The winners are required to sign a confirmation letter for the purpose of redemption and record keeping. If someone else is collecting the prize on behalf of the winner, they must provide the authorization Letter, a photocopy of the winner's identification card and the original identification card of the representative.
- All prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or resold to others. They must be collected within the specified prize collection period in Hong Kong. If the winner fails to collect the prize within the specified collection period, their eligibility for the prize will be cancelled without further notice, and the prize will be deemed forfeited.
- During the prize collection period, if there is a return or cancellation of the order, it will be considered as automatically forfeiting the opportunity to win the prize.
- Once the prize is claimed, we do not accept returns or cancellations of orders.
- Superfood Lab may take photos as a record of the prize collection. These photos may be used for promotional purposes on Superfood Lab's various social media platforms.
- The prize collection is only available from Monday to Friday, between 14:00 and 18:00. Prize collection services are not provided on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
- SuperFood Lab reserves the right to make changes to the prizes.
- If there are any defects or issues with the prize, please contact SuperFood Lab customer service within 7 days. Subsequent steps will be taken to assess the problem and provide necessary follow-up confirmation and repair if required.
- In case of any disputes, Superfood Lab reserves the right to make the final decision.
- By participating in this event, participants indicate that they have read and accepted the terms and conditions of the event.
